Questions: Will I receive my gift on time as there is COVID-19?
Answer: No worry. See what we are doing to be responsible for our customers:

  • All members of the CustomGiftsMall family including the employees in factories are washing hands regularly. All members are wearing a mask while working.
  • The office and warehouse are being cleaned and sterilized twice a day.
  • Every gift is entirely cleaned by alcohol prep pad before shipping.

Questions: What is the shipping time?
Answer: Due to high order volume season, shipping would be affected which might takes 2-30days. If you’d like to receive your package earlier, we recommend using express delivery.
